Refund and Returns Policy

Returning on line purchased items to us for any reason is easy!

You may return items within 30 days of purchase date, subject to conditions and inclusions below:

Returns are subject to the following conditions:
Oceansports Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse the return unless all conditions below are satisfied.

  • Proof of purchase (original sales receipt)
  • All returned items must be in new condition within 30 days of purchase, in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing material, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • No refunds or exchange of products, if products have been used or if they are damaged. 
  • Oceansports Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for mishandling or ill-treatment of goods.
  • Oceansports Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Oceansports Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any consequential damage or incidental damage resulting form the use of any merchandise bought from us including lost or stolen equipment.
  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • If returning a wetsuit for warranty assessment, please ensure the wetsuit is thoroughly dry inside and out.
  • Prior to returning an item, please contact us and provide your details.

  • Securely pack all items required to be returned and post in accordance with our instructions.

  • We will arrange postage for defective items, you will arrange return postage for change of mind/incorrect size

Please allow 7-14 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

How to return products

  • Email to info@oceansports.com.au  or call 07 40996243 to advise us of your intention to return an item.
  • We will send you a return form to complete.
  • Complete the return form and advise us of reason of return. If your return concerns a defective item, please include detailed description of defect and photos.
  • Defective products: we will arrange postage or pick up via courier. 
  • Change of mind/incorrect sizing: securely pack items and  return within 30 days of purchase date. Include return form and purchase receipt.
Refunds & Credits
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your account from received date. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.

Items returned that have been purchased from our retail store in person, we will issue a store credit for you.

For the return non-defective items, we will issue a store credit for you.

Purchases made via gift voucher will be refunded as a new gift voucher, they cannot be refunded as cash.
